The problem is caused by a flag or something, that causes Vsync to be enabled by default, but there is no way yet to disable it by the user itself, without a recompile of the driver. In the driver I have downloaded, there is no panel to force Vsync Off But after a restart, the Vsync turned on again I screamed ''Damm Vsync'' again Spending more time, I have found a post including a solution.
This Vsync problem killed the performance of my Graphics card in OpenGL apps using Windows 7, and I was deciding to hate Windows 7 as well as I Hated Vista because of this performance issue, till I found the Information of the Rivaturner tweak for my card.
